Cancellation & Rescheduling
01. Rescheduling
We value your time and the maintenance of our facilities. For any rescheduling requests, please ensure they are submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your original booking time. This allows us to offer the slot to other athletes in our community.
02. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your session, we require a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice to issue a full refund or credit. Please note that cancellations made within this window are ineligible for refunds as the time slot has been secured exclusively for you.
Late Requests & No-Shows
Failure to provide the required notice windows for either rescheduling or cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. No exceptions will be made for late requests once the respective windows (72h for rescheduling, 48h for cancellation) have passed.
