Reservation Policy

All facilities must be booked in advance through our official website or mobile application. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid booking confirmation.

• Standard football/futsal rate: MWK 75,000 per hour.
• Peak times (weekends and evenings) apply to all sports.
• Complimentary equipment is provided subject to availability.

Standard Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To manage your sessions effectively, please note the following windows:

• Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund or credit.
• Rescheduling: Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of your original booking time.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.
• Weather Policy: In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather, Pulse Park reserves the right to cancel bookings and will provide a full credit or rebook at no extra cost.

Equipment and Attire

Users must use appropriate athletic footwear. Metal studs are strictly prohibited on all synthetic pitches to prevent damage to the turf. Pulse Park staff reserve the right to inspect footwear and refuse access if deemed harmful to the facility.

Conduct

Users must comply with the official Rules & Regulations. Any behavior deemed aggressive, discriminatory, or dangerous will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Pulse Pass / Membership

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Misuse of membership cards or sharing of access codes will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

• No-show policy: 3 no-shows within 3 months will lead to a 14-day booking suspension.
• Class cancellations require 24-hour notice.

Users acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks. By using the facility, you agree to the terms laid out in our Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability.

Pulse Park is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises, including the parking area.

Pulse Park reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our homepage. Your continued use of the facility after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
